"I have been a SSP client with Madigan over the past year and a half, and have experienced the balancing physiological effects the program is aimed to offer. With Madigan’s ability to witness and hold space for my anxious nervous system, using the SSP as a therapeutic tool has provided a more immediate activation of my parasympathetic system. As a working mother of two young children, time feels like a commodity, and I have found the SSP to be such an invaluable tool given the level of its effects in a short period of time.
