Somatic Experiencing + Safe and Sound Protocol

Hello! Many clients are curious about how we might integrate the therapeutic SSP listening protocol into our regular therapeutic practice. Since I'm an SE Practitioner we are already focusing on developing a felt sense and embodiment in daily life. SSP is awesome at introducing and cultivating a feeling of safe awakeness in the presence of a trusted other. This experience, new to some, longed for by others, paves a path to more regular daily connection and a sense of wellbeing.
